Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can forward e-mail messages from one email box account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mail messages according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail account you want to redirect mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
